Return Policy completely depends upon the vendors (shopkeeper), and it can also vary from vendor to vendor. And may applicable only, if the item delivered is damaged, or not as described. Following conditions may apply for any product that needs to be returned:
1. Correct Product
IMEI/image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code should match and MRP tag should be unattached and clearly visible.
2. Complete Product
The product should be complete as it was delivered to you
3. Unused Product
The product should not be used, washed, if you need to return that product.
4. Undamaged Product
The product (including SIM trays/charging port/headphone port, back-panel etc.) should not be damaged and should be without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
5. Undamaged Packaging
Product's original packaging/box should not be damaged.
